    Start your day with what matters

    Your dashboard shows active job orders, candidates in the pipeline, and recent submittals. The Needs Attention section surfaces stale submittals and upcoming interviews so your day starts with clarity, not digging through notes.

    Add jobs and candidates in seconds

    Paste a job description and the system extracts the title, requirements, and compensation for your review. Upload a resume when adding a candidate and it pulls name, contact info, title, and skills automatically. You review everything before saving.

    Find the right candidates and score them

    Search your candidate pool by keyword, skills, or tags directly from the job order. Run batch scoring on everyone or just the candidates you filtered. Each row shows a fit score with a breakdown so you know why someone ranked where they did. Those same scores carry over to the pipeline cards.

    Build submittals and generate resume packets

    Select your top candidates and create submittals, then generate tailored PDF resume packets for each one. Packets are stored on the submittal record so you can download them anytime from the pipeline tab or the candidate's history. No more reformatting resumes in Word before sending them out.

    Email clients without leaving the system

    Send email from any candidate, client, or job order record. When a resume packet exists, attach it directly from the pipeline card. Every email is logged in the activity feed so the next person on the account can see exactly what went out.

    Keep notes, track activity, schedule interviews

    Every record has an activity feed that combines your notes with system events like stage changes, scores, and emails. Schedule interviews with a date, video link, and notes directly from the pipeline. It all feeds back to the dashboard so nothing slips.

Jobriq Recruiter shares a candidate ecosystem with the Jobriq job seeker app. Candidates build structured profiles, run the same kind of fit and prep workflows you care about, and can opt in to recruiter representation. You import that structure (not a messy PDF) when they say yes.

Why the bridge matters

Most platforms treat job seekers and recruiters as two unrelated databases. That forces re-keying, stale resumes, and guesswork about what the candidate actually wants. Jobriq keeps a single structured profile on the consumer side and lets recruiters pull forward only what candidates have approved, so your submittals and packets start from data that already matches how you score and present.

Jobriq Recruiter is built for the third-party recruiting desk. This table is deliberately not cherry-picked: it includes categories where typical ATS and sourcing suites are ahead (sequences, LinkedIn tooling, job boards, calendar sync, automation) as well as where Jobriq is strong or unique. We use "Soon" where something is on the public roadmap and matches pricing. We omit enterprise-only items (for example VMS depth) that rarely drive decisions for small and mid-size recruiting firms.
